Questions
What do I get for free?
Everything needed to judge a design: the stitch-out prediction, warnings, technical and fabric previews, the 1:1 printable template and the JSON report. The embroidery file viewer, converter, hoop checker and thread matcher are free without limits.
What does Pro add?
Machine files (PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, PEC), cut files (SVG and DXF), PNG/JPG import with colour separation, text and monogram applique, the cut-file-from-existing-design tool, unlimited saved projects and re-downloads.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, who also issue the VAT invoice.
Do I need Pro to sell what I make?
No licence restrictions from us: files you generate from your own artwork are yours, for personal or commercial use. Fonts bundled with the text tool are open-licensed (OFL and Apache 2.0). Artwork you upload must be yours to use.
Is there a refund?
If a file does not stitch as predicted and you tell us what happened within 14 days, we refund the month. Your stitch-out report also improves the model for everyone.
